Trackists' inaugral chalet
Date: 10-12 June
Venue: Costa Sands Pasir Ris
Room: Tbc by Xinyun
Time: Tbc by Xinyun
Things to bring: Yourself, GAMES, money and whatever you deem necessary
Note: BBQ (birthday celebration for remaining May babies) will be held on the night of 11 June.
Attendance(might change):
10 June: Xinyun, Meiqi, Kaidi, Jerome, Jun Cheng (?)
11 June: Above + Abigail, Shu Rong, Dianah, Nicholas, Huan Shern, Jennifer
Not: Jack, Lastrina(?)
Here comes the not-so-nice bit, 'loanshark-ing' for Trackists' fund ($60) from those who are still pending. Do let me know if you need more time to complete your transaction or such; by now you should know that we're flexible and will do our best to help out where possible! I've sent out the status of the fund via facebook msg.

Hi all,
Please note the following. Trackist fund as stated way earlier: $60 per person.
May babies celebration consists of:
Chalet: $288
Food: $100
These will be covered, if everyone were to pay up. We'll also have enough for the remaining birthday and trackist anniversary(:
For the following people,
pls transfer $60: lastrina, jennifer, jerome, kaidi and huan shern
pls transfer $30: abigail, meiqi, xinyun, jack
People who has paid in full: shurong, juncheng, nicholas and dianah
Hence, please cooperate and transfer the amount to my
posb savings account as stated in my sms by this Friday, since we have to book the chalet earlier. SMS me once you've done so. However, if you need more time, do not hesitate to let me know. Questions are also welcomed. Thanks!
