Please note that each birthday celebration (consisting of birthday person's meal, cake and other necessities) should not exceed $60.
for those organising the May babies' birthdays (those in blue), note that you can opt to hold a one-time chalet/bbq celebration in May instead of individual celebrations. Organisers are to coordinate with each other on this and find out if the May babies are agreeable on it and their free date. Afterwhich, please do the necessary (ie.booking of the chalet/bbq pits, etc). Budgets will be discussed once finalised.
to prevent getting cakes not to the birthday person(s) liking, please note the following
NO NO cakes- shurong - blackforest
- jack -anything weird and banana choc
- dianah - durian, peanut butter
- juncheng - kiwi
- meiqi- durian, cheese
for the rest of you, please tag on the board of your exception cakes.

happy new year to all!(:
(yea, this may seem a bit late but it's still the new year right?haha)
let's start off the new year well, so i'm here to clarify some matters.
i think most of us have burnt a deep hole in our pockets for birthday celebrations and our side activities last year. To prevent the recurrence, we will be collecting Trackists's fund (this feels like we're back in jc lol).
- Each of us will be paying $5 for each birthday celebrated, totaling of $60,excluding your own birthday).
- Payment can be made in a lump sum or by installments to a designated person.
- Payments will be tracked to ensure that everyone contributes equally. But please do not feel pressured if you have any difficulties with this arrangement; simply drop me a message and we'll work something out(:
- The money will be equally spent for lunch/dinner celebration for the birthday person.
- Hence, presents will be given at your own will. You may wish to share presents but the cost is not borne by the Trackists' fund.
- The remaining money(if any) will be used for any other occassions, if necessary
Please note that this arrangement will only take effect from 1 Feb onwards. Also, we'll be doing a rotation of planning of birthdays, which will be decided soon.
