For the benefit of those who nv receive the National Vertical Marathon email, the details are as follow:

Category: Inter-JC Challenge
Event Date: 25th February 2007
Venue: Republic Plaza (located outside Raffles Place MRT)
Registration Reporting Time: 1520 Hrs

It's 60 storeys, 1380 steps in total.
Each participant, upon completion of the race, will receive a goodie-bag, which includes an exclusive FBT event tee-shirt and also a certificate of participation.

Ok like what Meiqi said in the previous post, we are thinking of doing a trial run/climb at republic plaza to prepare for the upcoming Vertical Marathon. The trial run/climb will be on wednesday 21/2/07. We'll meet in school after lessons and travel there together. There is something i have yet to figure out and its how are we going to keep our bags. I strongly urge everybody to go for it because it is our first and last training for vertical marathon. Those who are not taking part are welcome to join us because we are still a team.=)

Firstly, the cny outing will be at Jerome's hse. Pls meet at Tiong Bahru mrt station at 10.45am. U guys can stay till as long as u like.

Nxt, for those taking part in the vertical marathon, we will most likely be gg to Republic Plaza for a trial run. Those who haven pay up $8.50, pls kindly do so, latest by wed morn.

For nxt sat, since dere's no trng, we are tinking of gg to Escape.

Lastly, nxt sun will be the long awaited National Vertical Marathon! All the best!

Just a quick update on the CNY outing next week!
It has been decided that it will be held on the 2nd day(ie next monday, 19th Feb'07) of chinese new year! Yeah.
The time to meet, venue and what we're gonna do will be let known to you guys by tomorrow morning.

*Apologies to the Trackists who're unable to make it on the 2nd day of cny. Decision has been finalised. Lol. (I sound like a judge)
Oh, and I got bored of our previous blogskin. Which explains for this new layout. Lol.

Greetings my fellow Trackists! =)
We haven't been able to come up with the ideal date and venue with regards to the chinese new year gathering next week! Argh!
So I'm here to URGE you guys to come up with the decision by TOMORROW. And I mean TOMORROW. NO LATER THAN THAT OR WE'LL JUST CANCEL IT. (Ok, I don't mean to sound forceful. lol)
And I need you guys to VOTE for it.


Date: Either on the 2nd day(19th Feb) or 3rd day(20th Feb) of the CNY.
Time: Meeting in the late morning and lasts till early evening. (Just an estimation)
Venue: My house (free on BOTH days) OR Abby's (only free to cater to us on the 2nd day) OR Jerome's house (only free to cater to us on the 2nd day too).

As for what we will do, we'll decide again. But we do need to settle the date & venue by tomorrow!!! *pulls my hair in frustration* LOL.

So, please TAGGED on the board OR messaged dianah or me on your decision.We'll come up with the final decision by this rule-MAJORITY WINS. Lol.
As for kaidi who is unable to join us on either of the days stated above, it's ok! & enjoy yourself!

Hello guys! I'm back! Sorry for the long wait! Ok, I'm here to discuss with u all this coming Friday’s outing. But before I actually get down to the details, I shall report on today's training!

We assembled in school today for our training and we ran at Jurong Lake Park. I was late 5 minutes and apparently I’m the last one to arrive. Felt kinda bad even though I lived so near JJC. So after keeping our bags in a 'safe'(really safe) place, we set off for our training. Very few people turn up and the guys and girls ran differently with the guys running an additional 2 kilometers at the start. Among the 4 guys, only 2 J1 guys, jerome and me turn up. The 2 J1 guys ran fast and left us behind so only jerome and me were running together for the whole route. A long but kinda short route too because I think we chatted a lot during the run. Lol and jerome, don't forget what you'r suppose to do arh. When u've done alrdy then i'll do my part too lol! Okok shan't digress further. So later when we happily run to the ending point with meiqi who joined us later, we realised mr poh wanted us to run an additional 2 kilometers just like how we started.-.- I do not know why but for some reason, the last 2 kilometers seems very long! And to make matters worst, trains keep bypass above us la, making us feel so irritated. Training end once we ran back and meet them. Immediately we jog back to school. Nothing much happen after that and we proceeded to Jurong Point for our lunch at LJS. During lunch, I heard from meiqi and jenn that Jerome was telling me something that he had told others 3-4 times already lol. It’s something about his interest in history, about the Rwanda genocide. So if anyone's interested, maybe you can get him to tell you. After that, we started speaking to one another (jenn, jerome and me) in cantonese, leaving meiqi out. LOL and her desperate attempt to get us converse back in a language which she could understand has failed terribly as we spoke cantonese all the way to the train station where we all parted. (I'll teach u cantonese next time la)

Ok so now regarding about this coming Friday’s outing, I heard that shu rong wants amazing race as the pre-planned kayaking would leave others out since they had no 1 star certificate. Hmm, if you all like the idea of an amazing race, please post in the tag k? So at least next week we could plan it before Friday comes.

Thanks meiqi for doing me a favour to post this entry up on the blog. In return, you get to view this entry of mine earlier than others! Apparently, I think blogspot revamp and changed to some blogger thing which I had difficulty navigating around with.

Hi Trackists! *waves madly*

Here to inform you that this Friday (9th Feb), we'll be going down to Vivo City, Adidas Store to search for new pair of running shoes. It's high time we change our shoes don't you think? Lol. (With the exception of someone who owns like 3 pairs of running shoes already? LOL)

Following that, we'll head down to Queensway to buy our team bottle (NIKE)! Dianah had suggested that those who end early on Friday may want to help the team to purchase the bottles first. In any case, please do message Dianah about your plan ASAP.

We'll meet at 5.30pm SHARP, infront of Vivo city, Candy Empire.
Please inform Dianah if you're able to make it ASAP.

In addition, Nic had suggest that we have a CNY celebration right after our school cny concert. More details will be confirm at a later date.
